Executive Chef in La-Condamine
As an Executive Chef in our fine dining restaurant in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests. Your creativity, passion for cooking, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our reputation as a top restaurant in the city.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative, seasonally appropriate, and align with our restaurant's concept
- Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent cooking skills, and promoting teamwork
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Ability to create unique dishes while also catering to dietary restrictions or special requests from guests
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with front-of-house staff, suppliers, and management
Salary: 1400$ per month
