Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking in ovens, and decorating finished products.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs by measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Shape dough into desired forms before baking it in ovens
- Decorate finished products with icing, glazes or other toppings based on customer requests or creative ideas
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are properly cooked
- Maintain clean work area by following sanitation standards
- Keep inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Communicate with customers to take orders or make recommendations
