Sales Executive



We are a leading retail company in Multan and we are seeking a goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to grow their career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Proficiency in English; Urdu language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
