We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrator to join our team in Khanpur. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff
- Maintain accurate records and files for the company's documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
