We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Funchal, Portugal on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the planning, design, and construction of architectural projects. This is a part-time position with flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts and plans
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of architectural designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate with clients and contractors to address any technical issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal is preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with occasional overtime as needed
