We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Funchal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the design and construction of buildings and structures. This position is suitable for both men and women with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and construction plans.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
