Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating delicious and innovative dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
- Manage food inventory and ensure proper storage, rotation, and usage to minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality dishes and service standards
- Collaborate with management to create special menus for events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit for Norway (visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates)
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.
