Junior Construction Manager

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Vejle. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Construction Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site
- Review project plans and identify any potential issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, engineers, architects, and suppliers
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Previous experience in construction management is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify potential problems before they arise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Salary: 1300$

Location: Vejle, Denmark (open to all nationalities)
