Junior Construction Manager


A leading construction company in Vejle is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Construction Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the construction industry and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in planning, organizing and overseeing construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry (internship experience will also be considered)
- Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
