We are in need of an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging floral decorations for various events and occasions. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different types of flowers and plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral decorations for events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions
- Selecting the appropriate flowers and plants based on the event theme or client's preferences
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and plants to ensure availability for orders
- Providing excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and making appropriate suggestions
- Creating unique flower arrangements that are visually appealing and meet the client's budget
- Ensuring that all orders are completed on time with attention to detail

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent design skills with a creative eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to understand client's needs and make appropriate suggestions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when necessary
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
