Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You must have previous experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and have a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. This is a full-time position based in Dar Kulaib, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve their performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Participate in industry events to network with potential clients and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to travel within the region as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This is a full-time position based in Dar Kulaib.
