IT Support Specialist

We are in search of a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dickirch. This individual must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues. They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in urgent situations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members on complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work well under pressure in urgent situations
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Dickirch
