Job Title: Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist - Braga, Portugal (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist to join our growing team in Braga. As the Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our NFT contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a contract position for all nationalities except Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of NFT contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to NFTs.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts meet business needs.
- Communicate with external parties, such as artists and buyers, to negotiate contract terms.
- Monitor contract performance and make any necessary amendments or updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role in the crypto industry.
- In-depth knowledge of NFTs and their legal implications.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in simple terms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
