Construction Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and taking necessary actions to mitigate them
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients on project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects is preferred
- Fluency in English is required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month.
