We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Prepare project budgets, schedules and monitor progress
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Preferred:
- Experience in visa sponsorship for international candidates
- Familiarity with Norwegian construction laws

Salary: 1500$ per month
