Online Consultant


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online platforms, such as chat and email, to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to effectively assist clients with their needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless online experience for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the client experience and internal processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English language (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet in order to find solutions for clients' issues
- Comfortable using various online platforms and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as our clients are located in different time zones

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is an in-office position located in Esbjerg. Please note that we do not provide accommodation.
