Concierge - Luxury Hotel, Roskilde


We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join the team at our luxury hotel in Roskilde. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar position, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities. You will also be responsible for managing reservations and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle reservations for restaurants, events, and transportation
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely delivery of requested items
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the lobby area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Proficient in using reservation systems (e.g. Opera)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation provided by the hotel. We also offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
