Temporary Concierge in RoskildeJob Description:

As a temporary concierge in Roskilde, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and residents upon arrival
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have own visa for working in Denmark (EU citizenship preferred)
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation

Salary:
In this role, you will receive a salary of 1800$ per month. As this is a temporary position, there are no additional benefits included.
