Job Title: Senior Accountant - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of expenses.
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification.
- Experience working in a multinational company.
