Project Manager

A reputable company in the US is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the given time frame and budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and goals.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met according to quality standards.
- Manage project team members, delegate tasks, and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues.
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and resources for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.

Preferred:
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience working with biometric passport technology is a plus.
