Data Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to uncover insights and make strategic business recommendations. Your main focus will be on identifying trends, patterns and correlations within the data to help drive decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques
- Develop and implement data mining and statistical models
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for data analysis projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a clear manner

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Prior experience working in a business or consulting environment is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location: This is a full-time position based in Herning, Denmark. Remote work options may be available.
