Job Title: Industrial Architect



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed plans, blueprints, and construction documents using computer-aided design software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being accurately implemented
- Conduct site visits to assess potential building sites or inspect ongoing projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building standards, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. Applicants must have their own valid visa for employment in Wiltz. Accommodation will not be provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
