A well-established bakery in Sofia is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
- Roll, cut, and shape dough into different forms
- Bake products in ovens or other equipment
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work area
- Stock inventory of ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is required
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, and other baking ingredients
- Familiarity with using commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, etc.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or trays of baked goods
- Attention to detail and creativity when decorating baked goods
