Project Manager - Construction


As a Project Manager for our construction projects in Moscow, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of various construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of project tasks and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
