Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning on various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and collaborate with a team of architects and designers to bring these ideas to life. Your expertise in building codes, regulations, and construction methods will be crucial in ensuring the success of each project. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects within the given parameters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
