We are currently hiring for a skilled Turner to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision metal parts. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and other equipment
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts
- Make adjustments to machines as needed for optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of precision machining techniques
- Experience with CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and other equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
