As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Almada, Portugal. Your main focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, while also managing and supporting your team of employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Coordinating daily tasks and schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Collaborating with other departments to plan and execute events or promotions
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry (although no experience is required)

- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
