We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Os, Netherlands. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that leverage machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various use cases
- Analyze data sets and identify patterns and insights that can inform the development of new models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that leverage machine learning techniques
- Continuously research new methods and technologies in the field of machine learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Communicate complex concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of machine learning models through regular testing, monitoring, and optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in developing machine learning algorithms/models
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data mining techniques such as classification, regression, clustering
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with potential for full-time employment. Candidates must have their own visa for work authorization. Freshers are welcome to apply as long as they meet the requirements listed above.
