Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Kaunas, Lithuania

Our architecture firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who have experience in architectural drafting and design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans for various projects
- Utilize AutoCAD or other software to produce technical drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for project development
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural drafting and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
