Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications based on project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client needs and adhere to building codes
- Review project proposals and provide technical guidance
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in design technology
