We are currently hiring a Puncher to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for accurately punching or drilling holes in metal or other materials according to specifications. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Set up and operate punch press or drill press
- Select appropriate tools and dies for each job
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed for accurate punching/drilling
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Experience in punch pressing or drilling preferred
- Knowledge of tools and dies used in punching/drilling processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
