Entry-Level Executive Chef

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Learn and implement new recipes and cooking techniques
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of food supplies
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be legally eligible to work in Lisbon

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$. Benefits package including health insurance, vacation time, sick leave, and discounted meals may be offered after probationary period.
