Skilled Handyman in Remish


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Remish. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. English language skills are not required for this job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues.
- Conduct inspections and identify any potential problems or hazards.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, furniture, or equipment.
- Install new appliances or equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time job with no accommodation provided. You will be working Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. However, occasional weekend work may be required for urgent repairs.
