Skilled Handyman in Remish - Nepal



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment. Your main duties will include fixing minor plumbing issues, repairing electrical systems, painting, and carpentry work.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills and the ability to work independently. You must also have good communication skills as you will be interacting with clients and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical systems.
- Conduct minor carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Inspect buildings for any issues or damages and report findings to the supervisor.
- Respond to client requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed.
