Machine Learning Engineer - Washington, D.C., USA (Pakistani candidates preferred)


We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time position, and we are specifically looking for candidates from Pakistan who have a strong background in machine learning and are passionate about cutting-edge technology.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems. Your main focus will be on designing, training, testing, and deploying machine learning models that can analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve the performance of existing machine learning models.
- Develop data pipelines for cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing data to be used in training models.
- Train and tune machine learning models using various techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
- Evaluate the performance of models by conducting experiments and analyzing metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall.
- Work with software engineers to deploy the trained models into production systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning applications.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, or Transformers.
- Experience working with large datasets and SQL databases for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.
