Salary: $1300 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and comply with regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Research building materials and construction methods to ensure cost-effective solutions are incorporated into designs
- Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, fixtures, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, schedules, etc.
- Communicate project updates with team members and clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and regulations
