Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as previous experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Braga, Portugal (preference for local candidates)

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
