Junior Hotel Sales Manager
As a Junior Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. Your main duties will include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be communicating with clients from different backgrounds. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor industry trends and competition activities
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Attend trade shows and networking events
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends, pricing strategies, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
Salary: $900/month
