Administrative Assistant in Almada
As an Administrative Assistant in Almada, your primary role will be to provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations of our company. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks ranging from data entry and record keeping to managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Create and maintain accurate records, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Manage office calendars and schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
