Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Kolding. Your main goal will be to increase the hotel's market share and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling
- Maintain existing client relationships and foster new ones through excellent customer service
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of Kolding's hospitality market is preferred
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
