Administrator for Indian Community in Medina
We are hiring an Administrator to join our growing Indian community in Medina. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our community members and ensuring smooth operations of our community center.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
- Coordinate events and activities for the community, such as cultural celebrations and educational workshops
- Communicate with community members to address any concerns or needs
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement community programs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the community center
- Assist with financial management by tracking expenses and preparing budgets
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with people from different cultures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The work hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This position does not include accommodation; applicants must have their own housing arrangements. This position is open to all genders, but preference will be given to female candidates.
