We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their commercial building needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to the design as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Salary: 900$

Location: Ufa (with accommodation)
