Administrator - Bungoma, Kenya
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage schedules and appointments for management and staff
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Monitor office expenses and handle petty cash transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Nepali or Malayalee nationality is preferred but not required
