Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Mauren. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, taking into consideration budgetary constraints and deadlines
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and performance of construction team members and provide guidance when necessary
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are within the approved budget
- Review and approve project contracts, invoices, change orders, and other related documents
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mauren
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
