Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Mauren. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in construction management and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are also essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budget estimates
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders
Salary: $1400 per month
