Construction Manager - Mauren, Africa


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Mauren, Africa. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing all activities related to the project, such as budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on site
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule
- Manage project costs and make adjustments as needed
- Hire and manage subcontractors and other construction workers
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month. Additional benefits such as accommodation may also be provided.
