Job Title: Architectural Technologist (with Accommodation)

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of various projects. Your main duties will include creating and modifying technical drawings, conducting site visits and surveys, and communicating with clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
