Indian Administrative Assistant in Umm-Said
A reputable company in Umm-Said is looking for a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and setting up conference rooms
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
Location:
This position is located in Umm-Said. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are currently residing in Umm-Said.
