Chef de Cuisine



As a Chef de Cuisine at our upscale restaurant in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. Your creativity, passion for food, and leadership skills will contribute to the success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that align with our restaurant's concept and appeal to our clientele
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistent execution of recipes and maintaining high quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food cost to meet budget goals
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Continuously evaluate and improve kitchen processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and health codes
