Barista (Indian Nationals, English Speaking)


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and a passion for creating delicious coffee beverages.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and snacks. You should have a thorough understanding of different coffee beans and brewing techniques, as well as the ability to create latte art.

The role also requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You should be able to take orders accurately and efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

In addition to your barista duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with general café duties such as cleaning tables and dishes. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in coffee brewing is preferred.
